Glass fabrics were used to fabricate boron nitride nanotubes (BNNTs) with a broad diameter range through a combined chemical vapor deposition and self-propagation high-temperature synthesis (CVD-SHS) method at different holding times (0min, 30min, 90min, 180min and 360min). SEM characterization has been employed to investigate the macro and micro structure/morphology changes of the glass fabrics and BNNTs in detail. SEM image analysis has provided direct experimental evidences for the rationality of the optimized self-cracking catalyst VLS growth mechanism, including the transformation situations of the glass fabrics and the BNNTs growth processes respectively. This paper was the further research and compensation for the theory and experiment deficiencies in the new preparation method of BNNTs reported in our previous work. In addition, it is likely that the distinctive self-cracking catalyst VLS growth mechanism could provide a new idea to preparation of other inorganic functional nano-materials using similar one-dimensional raw materials as growth templates and catalysts.  相似文献

The resilient dissipative dynamic output feedback control problem for a class of uncertain Markov jump Lur’e systems with piecewise homogeneous transition probabilities and time-varying delays in the discrete-time domain are examined in this study. The designed controller can tolerate additive uncertainties in the controller gain matrix, which result from controller implementations. The time-varying delays are also supposed to be mode-dependent with lower and upper bounds known a priori. By constructing a Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional candidate, the sufficient conditions regarding the existence of desired resilient dissipative controllers are obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities, thereby ensuring that the resulting closed-loop system is stochastically stable and strictly dissipative. Two numerical examples were established to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed theoretical results.  相似文献

The removal of eight typical pharmaceuticals (PhACs) (i.e., ibuprofen (IBU), ketoprofen (KET), diclofenac (DIC), sulfadiazine (SD), sulfamethoxazole (SMX), trimethoprim (TMP), ciprofloxacin (CIP) and enoxacin (ENO)) in sulfur-driven autotrophic denitrification (SdAD) process were firstly investigated via long-term operation of bioreactor coupled with batch tests. The results indicated that IBU and KET can be effectively removed (removal efficiency > 50%) compared to other six PhACs in SdAD bioreactor. Biodegradation was the primary removal route for IBU and KET with the specific biodegradation rates of 5.3±0.7~18.1±1.8 µg g?1-VSS d?1 at initial concentrations of 25-200 µg/L. The biotransformation intermediates of IBU and KET were examined, and the results indicated that IBU was biotransformed to three intermediates via hydroxylation and carboxylation. KET biotransformation could be initiated from the reduction of the keto group following with a series of oxidation/reduction reactions, and five intermediates of KET were observed in this study. The microbial community composition in the system was markedly shifted when long-term exposure to PhACs. However, the functional microbes (e.g., genus Thiobacillus) showed high tolerance to PhACs, resulting in the high efficiency for PhACs, N and S removal during long-term SdAD reactor operation. The findings provide better insight into PhACs removal in SdAD process, especially IBU and KET, and open up an innovative opportunity for the treatment of PhACs-laden wastewater using sulfur-mediated biological process.  相似文献

Potassium ion batteries (PIBs) have been regarded as promising alternatives to lithium ion batteries (LIBs) on account of their abundant resource and low cost in large scale energy storage applications. However, it still remains great challenges to explore suitable electrode materials that can reversibly accommodate large size of potassium ions. Here, we construct oxygen-deficient V2O3 nanoparticles encapsulated in amorphous carbon shell (Od-V2O3@C) as anode materials for PIBs by subtly combining the strategies of morphology and deficiency engineering. The MOF derived nanostructure along with uniform carbon coating layer can not only enables fast K+ migration and charge transfer kinetics, but also accommodate volume change and maintain structural stability. Besides, the introduction of oxygen deficiency intrinsically tunes the electronic structure of materials according to DFT calculation, and thus lead to improved electrochemical performance. When utilized as anode for PIBs, Od-V2O3@C electrode exhibits superior rate capability (reversible capacities of 262.8, 227.8, 201.5, 179.8, 156.9 mAh/g at 100, 200, 500, 1000 and 2000 mA/g, respectively), and ultralong cycle life (127.4 mAh/g after 1000 cycles at 2 A/g). This study demonstrates a feasible way to realize high performance PIBs through morphology and deficiency engineering.  相似文献

The electrochemical nitrogen reduction reaction (NRR) for the ammonia production under ambient conditions is regarded as a sustainable alternative to the industrial Haber–Bosch process. However, the electrocatalytic systems that efficiently catalyze nitrogen reduction remain elusive. In the work, the nitrogen reduction activity of the transition metal decorated bismuthene TM@Bis is fully investigated by means of density functional theory calculations. Our results demonstrate that W@Bis delivers the best efficiency, wherein the potential-determining step is located at the last protonation step of *NH2 + H+ + e → *NH3 via the distal mechanism with the limiting potential UL of 0.26 V. Furthermore, the dopants of Re and Os are also promising candidates for experimental synthesis due to its good selectivity, in despite of the slightly higher UL of NRR with the value of 0.55 V. However, the candidates of Ti, V, Nb and Mo delivered the relative lower UL of 0.35, 0.37, 0.41 and 0.43 V might be suffered from the side hydrogen evolution reaction. More interestingly, a volcano curve is established between UL and valence electrons of metal elements wherein W with 4 electrons in d band located at the summit. Such phenomenon originates from the underlying acceptance-back donation mechanism. Therefore, our work provides a fundament understanding for the material design for nitrogen reduction electrocatalysis.  相似文献

以技术接受度模型(Technology Acceptance Model, TAM)与TPACK(Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge,整合信息技术、教学法、学科内容的知识结构)理论为基础,以手持技术为技术接受度模型与TPACK中的技术对象,利用结构方程模型调查研究H大学化学师范生的手持技术接受度与TPACK的相关性。研究发现:(1)化学师范生对手持技术的行为意愿、感知易用性、主观规范正向影响TPACK的发展;(2)化学师范生对手持技术的感知有用性与自我效能正向影响行为意愿,并能通过行为意愿间接影响TPACK的发展。最后,基于研究结果,提出发挥示范引领作用、重视优质资源的整合应用等提升化学师范生手持技术TPACK的4条建议。  相似文献
